Cast Member Church
Cast Member Church is a global spiritual movement uniquely designed for employees of The Walt Disney Company. What began as a local initiative in Orlando has become a decentralized network of disciple-making communities reaching cast members around the world—on every continent where Disney has a presence. Described as a “kingdom experiment, always in a state of becoming,” Cast Member Church builds spiritual family among Disney cast members through relationships, intentional discipleship, and contextual expressions of church.
Their vision is to help cast members discover their identity in Jesus, grow in Christlike maturity, and live sent within the Disney ecosystem. Operating without buildings, budgets, or public gatherings, Cast Member Church models a reproducible, relational way of being the Church in one of the most creative and influential work environments in the world.
