City Leaders Collective is a relational network that forms and equips leaders to seek the good of their cities through deep formation, shared life, and gospel-centered action. Rooted in the belief that leadership transformation precedes city transformation, CLC cultivates rhythms of rest, reflection, and renewal—anchoring leaders in identity, community, and mission.
Through intentional cohorts, curated gatherings, and cross-sector collaboration, CLC nurtures a generation of humble, resilient leaders who bring spiritual, social, and cultural renewal to their cities.
