Janet Munn

Janet Munn is a leader, author, speaker, and mentor committed to empowering the next generation—especially women and girls—for leadership, justice, and spiritual formation. She has served as director of the International Social Justice Commission for The Salvation Army and continues to advocate globally for gender equality and systemic change. Janet has coauthored multiple books and holds a doctorate with a dissertation on “Theory and Practice of Gender Equality in The Salvation Army.” For more than thirty years, she has cultivated a ministry that bridges local service and international advocacy, guiding leaders in faith, justice, and wholeness.
