Dr. Elizabeth Rios
Dr. Elizabeth Rios is a pastor, writer, speaker, and justice-driven leader empowering the next generation of planters and prophets. An Afro-Boricua from Manhattan now living in South Florida, she is the founder of Passion2Plant—a national network that equips leaders to start justice-oriented churches rooted in equity, belonging, and spiritual depth. Dr. Rios is a sought-after voice in the intersection of faith, justice, and leadership, with writing featured in outlets including Sojourners, Influence, and Christianity Today.
