Dr. Tammy Dunahoo, is a seasoned ministry leader, educator, and spiritual formation advocate with more than four decades of experience in church and denominational leadership. She currently serves as the executive dean of Portland Seminary at George Fox University, where she also earned her doctorate in leadership and spiritual formation. For over twenty years, Tammy led within the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, where she oversaw national initiatives in church planting, pastoral care, and network development across all fifty states. An ordained minister, she is known for her deep commitment to the holistic growth of church leaders—spiritually, emotionally, and missionally. Tammy brings a rare combination of theological depth, pastoral experience, and organizational insight, equipping leaders to faithfully navigate the complexities of culture and ministry today.
