Mac Lake is a seasoned church planting strategist and leadership developer, passionate about multiplying leaders who multiply churches. As the cofounder of Launch Network and former Senior Director of Church Planting Development for the North American Mission Board’s Send Network , Mac has played a key role in shaping church planting efforts across North America. He currently serves as Visionary Architect of the Multiply Group and as a Navigator with Auxano , where he helps churches clarify vision and build robust leadership pipelines.

Rick Duncan

Rick Duncan is the founding pastor of Cuyahoga Valley Church (CVC) near Cleveland, Ohio. After leading the church for decades, he transitioned from his role as lead pastor in 2012 through a well-executed succession plan, and continues to actively serve the CVC community. Since then, Rick has devoted his efforts to church planting and leadership development with the Send Network of the North American Mission Board , working alongside Mac Lake on the national church planting training team and serving as the city missionary for Cleveland.
