Upcoming Webinar: Beauty and Our Missional God • Michelle Wegner
Since the dawn of creation, God has used beauty—in Scripture, nature, art, and lived experience—to draw people toward Himself. Beauty is not a distraction from mission. It is often one of God’s most faithful invitations.
In this webinar, Michelle Wegner introduces a framework she calls Missional Aesthetics: the practice of receiving beauty as a gift from God and offering it back as worship and proclamation of the gospel. What God awakens in us through beauty becomes something we steward, embody, and share with others.
Drawing from the work of the Beauty Initiative within the KC Underground, Michelle will explore how these principles are being learned and practiced within microchurch contexts across the Kansas City metro area—with a theological foundation and practical examples for integrating beauty into everyday missional life.
