Cofounder
Alan Hirsch
Alan Hirsch is a pioneering voice in the missional church movement and a highly influential thought leader in church leadership and mission strategy. His work has profoundly impacted how churches and organizations approach mission, discipleship, and leadership development.
As a cofounder of 100Movements, Forge Mission Training Network, and the 5Q Collective, Alan has been instrumental in equipping churches, leaders, and organizations to embrace movemental, mission-driven models that reflect the fullness of Jesus.
His influence extends globally, particularly across North America, Europe, and Australia, where he has helped countless churches transition toward sustainable missional movements. Alan’s work underpins 100Movements’ vision to recapture and reimagine the church as a decentralized, multiplying Jesus movement, challenging the institutional status quo, and advocating for a rediscovery of the apostolic genius found in the early church.
He is married to Deb, and they live just outside Melbourne, Australia.
