L. Rowland Smith
L. Rowland Smith is a leader in the microchurch and missional movement, serving as the National Director of Forge America Mission Training Network. He also directs The Pando Collective, a growing network of microchurches birthed out of Pulpit Rock Church in Colorado Springs, where he also serves on staff. Rowland’s work focuses on equipping everyday people to join Jesus beyond the walls of the traditional church.
