Lisa Rodriguez-Watson
A commanding voice in the missional church landscape, Lisa Rodriguez‑Watson has spent nearly two decades pursuing reconciliation—to God, to one another, and to the marginalized. As the National Director of Missio Alliance, and with experience in collegiate ministry, urban church planting, international missions, immigration advocacy, and community development, Lisa brings a uniquely embodied vision of justice and transformation. Her leadership has consistently surfaced at the intersections of formation, justice, and mission—both locally and globally. A proud Cuban‑American, she currently serves as Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Equipping at Christ City Church in Washington, D.C.
