Oneya Okuwobi

Oneya Okuwobi is a distinguished sociologist and postdoctoral fellow at Rice University’s Religion and Public Life Program, where her research examines how diverse organizations impact racial inequality. A respected voice on equity and leadership, she also serves as teaching pastor at 21st Century Church—a vibrant church plant in Cincinnati, Ohio.
