As a 100Movements Guardian, Deb Hirsch brings over thirty years of seasoned ministry experience as a church leader, spiritual director, speaker, and author. Her insights and leadership are vital to 100Movements’ efforts to cultivate dynamic, Christlike leadership and spark Jesus movements in the West.

Deb’s passion for seeing the church truly reflect Jesus, living and loving as he did, fuels her work in helping everyday believers rediscover their role in a decentralized, missional, and multiplying Christianity. Highlights of her journey include leading two vibrant church communities—one in Melbourne and another in Los Angeles—which deeply inform her missional spirituality and investment in the culture and practice of 100Movements.

She is married to Alan, and they live just outside Melbourne, Australia.
