As the Integrator and COO of 100Movements, Lindsey Harwood plays a key role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring the organization’s vision translates into measurable impact. She oversees ministry operations, optimizes systems, and drives efficiency to support sustainable growth.

Lindsey is passionate about equipping and encouraging people to step confidently into their God-given calling and has served in a variety of local ministry roles and also enjoys collaborating with coaches and trainers across the globe.

Lindsey and her husband, Shane, live in Cody, Wyoming, with their three children. Together, they are committed to serving the church and supporting leaders and movements that reflect the heart and mission of Jesus.
