Dr. Jules Morgan

Jules Morgan is passionate about developing healthy leaders and teams and is committed to walking alongside leaders when they need a trusted advisor, strategist, and coach. Her heart is to see leaders flourish and to intentionally model and multiply healthy leadership. Jules’ early career as a neuroscientist, and expertise as a qualified people professional means she brings a variety of lenses to her consultancy when she partners with founders, CEOs, and C-Suite leaders to enable them to achieve success and remain healthy for the long-haul. 

Drawing from over twenty years of senior management, executive leadership, and Trustee Board experience across scientific, nonprofit, and charity sectors, Jules now works as a Senior Consultant at Wakeman and Wright Group. She keeps her consultancy sharp, as Deputy CEO of BRF Ministries—a Christian charity supporting the local church in discipleship, and home of the Messy Church and Anna Chaplaincy movements and the Parenting for Faith initiative. She’s also Managing Director of UCAN – which supports and equips a network of around 1500 UK churches and their two thousand administration and operation professionals.

Jules lives in West London and enjoys making the most of city and London suburban life with her husband and two older teens. She finds joy from adventuring with Jesus and from her family, friends, and doing work she thrives on.
