Lisa Rodriguez-Watson
A commanding voice in the missional church landscape, Lisa Rodriguez‑Watson has spent nearly two decades pursuing reconciliation—to God, to one another, and to the marginalized. As the National Director of Missio Alliance, and with experience in collegiate ministry, urban church planting, international missions, immigration advocacy, and community development, Lisa brings a uniquely embodied vision of justice and transformation. Her leadership has consistently surfaced at the intersections of formation, justice, and mission—both locally and globally. Hugh Halter is a father, grandfather, and missional pioneer who—along with his wife, Cheryl, and their family—has cultivated lives marked by adventure, kingdom discipleship, and everyday mission. With over thirty years of experience in family ministry, church planting, and leadership formation, Hugh is passionate about equipping families to weave the mission of God into their daily rhythms. Dr. Elizabeth Rios
Dr. Elizabeth Rios is a pastor, writer, speaker, and justice-driven leader empowering the next generation of planters and prophets. An Afro-Boricua from Manhattan now living in South Florida, she is the founder of Passion2Plant—a national network that equips leaders to start justice-oriented churches rooted in equity, belonging, and spiritual depth. Dr. Rios is a sought-after voice in the intersection of faith, justice, and leadership, with writing featured in outlets including Sojourners, Influence, and Christianity Today. She has been profiled in The Atlantic, The Washington Post, and Outreach Magazine. Her most recent work, Rhythms of Rest: 40 Devotions for Women on the Move, offers encouragement and grounding for women leading in motion.
Mark DeYmaz
Mark DeYmaz is a thought-leadership practitioner at the intersection of faith, economics, and ethnic diversity. As the founding pastor of Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas and cofounder of the Mosaix Global Network, Mark has been a pioneering voice in the multiethnic church movement. Through his roles as adjunct professor at Wheaton College and United Theological Seminary, he mentors leaders committed to systemic change in both church and community. Cath Livesey
Cath Livesey is a prophetic trainer, author, and leader helping the church cultivate a healthy, mature, and missionally effective prophetic culture. As the founder of Accessible Prophecy, she works with churches across the world to equip ordinary believers in hearing God’s voice for discipleship and mission. Cath is the author of My Sheep Have Ears and The Prophecy Course, and has trained thousands in the practical and biblical use of prophecy. Mac Lake
Mac Lake is a seasoned church planting strategist and leadership developer, passionate about multiplying leaders who multiply churches. As the cofounder of Launch Network and former Senior Director of Church Planting Development for the North American Mission Board’s Send Network, Mac has played a key role in shaping church planting efforts across North America. He currently serves as Visionary Architect of the Multiply Group and as a Navigator with Auxano, where he helps churches clarify vision and build robust leadership pipelines.

Jeremy and Monica Chambers have participated in launching movements that make disciples and networks of microchurches in over thirty-five countries. They currently practice incarnational mission as they develop discipling missional communities in Denver, Colorado, and the broader region. They serve Forge America (to provide missional resourcing) and Renovaré (with a focus on spiritual formation).

Dr. Emanuel Prinz is a missional researcher, author, and experienced movement catalyst who has partnered with God in launching disciple-making movements across cultures. With over fifteen years of kingdom movement research—analyzing 147 movements and over 32,000 data points—and training more than 12,000 leaders in over fifty countries, Emanuel brings a unique blend of scholarly insight and real-world experience. He is the author of Movement Catalysts: Profile of an Apostolic Leader and regularly writes and teaches on transformational leadership at Catalytic Leadership.
Danielle Strickland
Danielle Strickland is a speaker, author, and justice advocate whose work takes her around the world championing the cause of love and liberation. She is the author of six books, including The Other Side of Hope, and hosts the Right Side Up podcast, which recently surpassed half a million downloads. As the founder of Boundless Communications Inc., Danielle catalyzes multiple initiatives including Women Speakers Collective, Brave Global, Infinitum (a rule of life for discipleship), and Hagar’s Voice, which supports survivors of clergy abuse.
Michael Adam Beck
Michael Adam Beck is a pastor, professor, and author whose life was radically transformed—from incarceration and addiction to ministry and mission. Alongside his wife, Jill, he co-pastors a network of Fresh Expressions gathering in nontraditional spaces. He directs the Fresh Expressions House of Studies at United Theological Seminary, leads Fresh Expressions Florida, and serves as director of re‑missioning for Fresh Expressions US. Michael is the author of several books, including Painting with Ashes: When Your Weakness Becomes Your Superpower, A Field Guide to Methodist Fresh Expressions, and Contextual Intelligence.
